This painting was a submitted for the 2021 Emerging Artist competition. thou there was no award i was fortunate to have it displayed inside Ocala City Hall for a few months. Being self taught, this painted depicted a version of Michelangelo's statue "Pieta". This was one of my favorites and being self taught i wanted to challenge myself.
